3. Quotes and Pricing
3.1 Quotations
- All quotes provided are estimates based on information provided by you
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
- Quotes do not include unforeseen work discovered during service delivery
- We reserve the right to revise quotes if site conditions differ from initial assessment
3.2 Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional charges may apply for:
- After-hours, weekend, or public holiday services
- Emergency call-outs
- Materials and parts not included in the original quote
- Travel to remote locations
- Parking fees and access permits
3.3 Price Variations
- If additional work is required beyond the original quote, we will inform you before proceeding

4. Booking and Appointments
4.1 Scheduling
- Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation
- We will provide an estimated arrival time or time window
- Appointment times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances
4.2 Access Requirements
- You must ensure clear and safe access to the work area
- You are responsible for securing pets during our visit
- Someone 18 years or older must be present during service delivery
- Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees
4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
- By Customer: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to $150
- By ASAP Trades: We will provide reasonable notice if we need to reschedule
- Emergency service bookings are subject to different cancellation terms
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfer/EFT
- Cash (for amounts under $10,000 as per ATO regulations)
- Buy Now Pay Later services (where available)
5.2 Payment Timing
- Small Jobs (under $1,000): Payment due upon completion
- Large Jobs (over $1,000): Deposit required before commencement, balance due upon completion
- Commercial Projects: Payment terms as agreed in writing
- Emergency Services: Payment due upon completion unless otherwise arranged
5.3 Deposits
- Deposits range from 20% to 50% of the total quote depending on project scope
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered
5.4 Late Payments
- Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise specified
- Overdue accounts may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month
- We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with outstanding payments
- Debt recovery costs will be added to overdue accounts
5.5 Payment Disputes
- Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice receipt
- Undisputed portions of invoices remain payable

- You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment

- Delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, unforeseen complications, or site access issues
- We will communicate any significant delays promptly
7. Warranties and Guarantees
7.1 Workmanship Warranty
- We provide a workmanship warranty of 12 months from completion date
- Warranty covers defects in our work and installation
- Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or damage caused by you or third parties
